Based on your functional threshold we will set you up with the right zones. There are two ways to get this right. The best way to determine your threshold is by doing a test. You can do this test yourself or head to a ‘lab’, there specialists will conduct the threshold test. A great second option is to do a 20 minutes flat out test. From here you can setup your zones.
