Methods

Your ordered products are generally shipped with PostNL, using the services of MyParcel (a subsidiary of PostNL). In some cases, we deviate from this because our suppliers ship the products directly to you via dropshipping.

Adres changes

Have you moved? You can easily change your address in your Eevvoo account. Have you already placed an order and is the address incorrect? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will immediately check whether we can still change the shipment.

Track & Trace

Have you chosen to have your order shipped? Then you will receive a track & trace code from us.
  • For direct shipping by Eevvoo, you can track your order via the Track & Trace service of MyParcel (PostNL subsidiary). Click here to go to the MyParcel website and enter your tracking number.
  • In the case of dropshipping, the shipment may come from a different carrier. You will then receive a shipping notification including track & trace from our supplier.
You can also view the status of your order via your account.

Drop shipping

If PostNL is unable to deliver your parcel, for example because you are exercising, it will be offered to your neighbors. If that is also unsuccessful, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day (excluding Sundays). If no one is home then either, you will receive a message with information about the PostNL collection point where you can pick up the package. You have three weeks to do so. After that, the package will automatically be returned to Eevvoo.
