Payment Methods

Various payment methods are available for Eevvoo. All payment (excluding Paypal) go through our payment provider Mollie. While making your payment you may find Mollie in the address bar of your browser or in your payment details. You can pay with iDeal (the Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium) and Paypal (international).

Your Payment Failed (Several Times)

To be sure, check whether the amount has been debited from your account. If this is not the case, you can easily place a new order. We will then cancel the failed order for you. Has the amount been debited but have you not yet received confirmation? Then sent us a message through the contact form.

Even after having tried several times, are you unable to make your payment? Then check if you have sufficient balance, if your payment limit is sufficient.

Discount Codes (Coupons)

If you have received a discount code from us, you can use it during checkout. You can enter the code in the order process that you go through, after which the price in your shopping cart is recalculated.

Conditions discount codes

  • The conditions per code may differ.
  • A digital discount code can only be used once per e-mail address with an online order.
  • One discount code can be used per order.
  • If you cancel an order that uses a discount code, you cannot request a new code.

Your Invoice

The proof of your online purchase is your invoice. You will always receive this by e-mail and keep it in your Cyclign Espresso account when you create it. Your invoice. Have you not created an Eevvoo account and do you still need the invoice? No worries, because we also save your invoice for you. Then contact us and we will send you the invoice.

VAT

All invoices from Cycling Espresso Nederland include VAT. It is not possible to have these adjusted afterwards. Because Cycling Espresso Nederland only supplies to consumers, it is not possible to deliver VAT free (intra-Community) to companies. Of course you can also order as a company at Cycling Espresso Nederland, but this will not be VAT-free.

Refunds

How we repay you depends on how you paid for your online purchase.

  • Did you pay with iDEAL? Then the payment will be credited back to your account.
  • If you have paid with Paypal, you will receive the amount back on your Paypal account.

Have you returned your entire order or part of your order?

  • Are you sending your entire order back? Then you get the purchase amount excluding (any) shipping costs back.
  • Are you returning part of your order? Then you will receive the purchase amount of the returned products excluding (any) shipping costs back.

If your return has been processed and we will ensure that you have your money back within 5 working days. You will receive confirmation of this by email. Has the amount not been credited after 7 working days? Then just contact us.
