Purposes of Data Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:
  • To offer the possibility to create an account;
  • To process payments;
  • To send our newsletter and/or advertising;
  • Contacting you by telephone or email if necessary to perform our services
  • Informing you about changes to our services and products;
  • Delivering goods and services to you;
  • Analyzing your behavior on our website with the aim of improving the website and tailoring the range of products and services to your preferences.

Data we process

We process the following personal data for various processes.

If you purchase a product (physical or digital) on our platform, we need certain information from you in order to process your order. This information is processed in our administration system. We will ask you to provide the following information.
First and last name
We need your name for your invoice and the carrier.
Address details
We need your address details to process your order. We will include these on the invoice and use them to deliver your order if you have ordered a product.
Phone number
We use your phone number for personal communication about your order if this is strictly necessary.
Email address
We use your email address as the primary means of communication for updates about your order, delivery information, and your invoice. If you have purchased a training schedule, we will use your email address to link the schedule to your personal TrainingPeaks account.
Payment details
We use a secure payment environment for all our payments. To complete your order by paying online, we use our payment provider Mollie. From our secure environment, you will be redirected directly to Mollie. Mollie processes our payment (including iDeal) and lets us know when the payment for your order has been successful. We do not have access to your credit card details if you have paid with this method.
Invoice details
We will include the following details on your invoice: first and last name, address and place of residence, invoice number, and order number. These details cannot be changed afterwards.
Order details
We record what you have ordered for warranty purposes, for example. This also allows us to check what you have ordered and when. We record the order number, products ordered, and quantities. You cannot change this information after placing an order.
If you have purchased a training schedule, we will use your email address to link the schedule to your personal TrainingPeaks account.
Payment details

Email address
We need your email address to keep in touch with you, create a TrainingPeaks account if necessary, or link your ordered schedule to your account. We also use your email address to send you invoices.
Payment details
We use the invoicing service of factuursturen.nl to invoice your membership. Factuursturen.nl will send your invoices to you by email. You can pay the invoice via a secure web environment using iDeal or another payment method via our payment provider Mollie. Mollie processes our payment (including iDeal) and lets us know when the payment for your subscription has been successful. We do not have access to your credit card details if you have paid with this method.
Invoice details
We include the following details on your invoice: first and last name, address and place of residence, and invoice number. If you move, we can update these details for you.
Membership details
You can change your membership at any time. Please contact us to do so.
Meta training data
In order to tailor your schedule as closely as possible to your personal wishes and abilities, we collect your data. We store this data centrally so that our coaches have access to it and can tailor your coaching accordingly. We do this on a European server with appropriate security measures. This concerns general training data, such as the average number of training hours, years of athletic experience, and athletic preferences.
Personal training data
To use our coaching services, you need to create a Trainingpeaks account. After creating your account, you can link our coaches to your account. For information about how your data is processed by Trainingpeaks, please see their privacy policy. In order to plan your personal coaching as effectively as possible, we ask you to link your Trainingpeaks account via your sports watch/bike computer brand, such as Garmin or Wahoo. This gives us detailed insight into your training history. The way in which your data is processed differs per brand. You are responsible for sharing this data.
You can create an account on our platform. We store your order details, returns, warranties, and personal information in this account. With an account, you don’t have to re-enter all your details every time. The following information is stored in your account:
First and last name
We would like to know who we can add to our list of sports friends.
Billing and delivery address
We will include your address and city on your invoice and also use this as the delivery address. This information cannot be changed afterwards. However, you can specify a different delivery address when placing a new order. This will also be stored here.
Phone number
Not required, but welcome. Often useful if we want to contact you.
Email address
This is also your username for logging into your Eevvoo account. We also use your email address to send you personal and general emails. Would you prefer not to receive any more emails? You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails themselves.
Password
Your password is stored in encrypted form. Even we cannot decipher it.
Order, return, and warranty number
We keep track of and store your order history so that we can find what you have ordered from us and the status of that order.
Invoices

You can leave reviews on certain parts of our platform. To do so, you must be logged in with your account. This allows us and our customers to know who left the review. To enable reviews, we need the following information from you.

You can leave a review in certain places on our platform. The content of the review may vary. A description and rating are stored in all cases. In addition, specific review criteria may be stored.

In order to help you as quickly and effectively as possible, we often ask for an order number, transaction number, name, email address, or phone number.

We store your first and last name so that we know who we are dealing with.
Phone number
If your membership includes a personal intake interview, we will use your phone number. We may also use your phone number to contact you via a messaging service such as WhatsApp or Signal.

You can sign up for a newsletter on our platform. You will only receive the newsletter with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

You will receive general newsletters and personalized newsletters from us based on your membership, preferences, interests, or products/schedule you have purchased.

You may request that your data be deleted at any time. If your data has been used for legal purposes, it cannot be deleted.

Data we share with third parties

We share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing operations. In addition, we only provide personal data to other third parties with your express consent.

Legal grounds for the use of your data

We use your data on various legal grounds. Some data is necessary for the performance of the agreement. In doing so, we have only made the data mandatory that we actually need to successfully complete your order/service.

In addition, we may also use your data in cases of legitimate interest. Our interest is to provide you with the best possible service, and our customer service may request additional data in order to provide you with personalized advice.

Sometimes you have given us permission to use additional data, such as when you sign up for our newsletters. We store your consent for registration.

We store your data in various databases. We always apply strict security measures. Your data is (almost) always stored within the European Union. In the exceptional case that customer data is transferred to countries outside the European Union, we ensure that your privacy remains adequately protected. Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives. Since we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16, we encourage parents/guardians/legal representatives to be involved in their children’s online activities.

Security of personal data

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
