In General

Within 14 days after the delivery your product(s), you can return unused product(s). You can combine multiple orders in a single return. 

Start the return process for each order, pack all items in one box, and use one of the return codes or return labels created to print at home to return your items.

Once the items are returned you will receive your refund within 14 days.

Return Process

You can return the items you purchased at Eevvoo.com by post. For this you need to do the following.

  • Register your return by mail within 14 days of purchase.
    • Indicate which product(s) you wish to return.
    • Lat us know which shipping method you want to use:
      • Via PostNL (you will receive a return label)
      • Your own carrier of choice.
  • After registering online, you will receive the return confirmation with shipping instructions by email. If you have opted for a return label, we will also send it to you by email.
    Note that you may have to pay for the label if your purchase amount is less than your return label.
  • Return the complete and undamaged product in undamaged packaging. Do this by carefully packing it in a box.
    For example, use the box used by us and never the packaging of the products themselves.
  • Print and stick the received return label on the box (over our used label if present) and deliver the package to a nearby PostNL service point. Or take the box to your chosen carrier if you do not want to use a return label.
  • Once returned your return will be processed in our warehouse within 48 hours of arrival. This is with the exception of Saturday and Sunday.
  • After your return has been processed, the amount to be refunded minus the costs for the return label will refunded to the same payment method used to pay for the purchase. This will be done within 14 days. Keep the return receipt from the carrier until you have received your refund.
 

Processing time of your return

It may happen that the Track and Trace information shows that we have received your return but that you have not yet received confirmation by e-mail. We try to process your return within 48 hours. Saturdays and Sundays not included.

Return conditions

You can register your product for return up to 14 days after the invoice date of your purchase.

You can return the product if it is complete, unused and undamaged and it is (where possible) in the original undamaged packaging and is provided with all labels / stickers / protective stickers present at delivery.

You can return your product if it is not described in the exceptions.

When purchasing a composite offer or a bundle of product, for example a watch in combination with a heart rate strap, you can only return the complete combination or bundle to us.

“30 days money back”: products for which this applies can be registered for return up to 30 days after purchase, even if the product has been used and tested by you. Returns are free and you will receive your purchase amount back. This only applies to products where the product page states “30 days money back”.

If you return a product that does not meet the above conditions, we will return the product to you. In some cases, we may decide, after assessing the product, to offer you a 70% discount. This means that we take the product back and refund 70% of the purchase amount to you.

Return Exceptions

There are also products that we cannot return.

  • Products or accessories that have mounting marks or wear.
    For example, you cannot mount your new power meter on your bicycle and return it afterwards. 
  • Items with missing or damaged original product packaging.
  • Clothing; used or washed.
    Always pay attention to hygiene if your clothes fit. Do not try on pants with your bare skin, but just keep your underpants on. In addition, make sure that no sweat, animal / person hair, dander or other debris remains in clothing.
  • All products with an expiration date.
  • Items in connection with health protection or hygiene, such as a heart rate monitor that you have already go out to train with.
  • Items of which the seal is broken. You can turn on your electronic device and see how beautiful it looks. You cannot enter your data or cycle with it and then return it.
  • Products that have been specially composed for you, or custom designed items.
  • Virtual purchases of which you have ordered us to connect them to your account.
